I had an absolutely outstanding experience with Barry and Leon from Travel Merry. From start to finish, they made what could have been a stressful ticket process feel smooth, easy, and even enjoyable. I had an excellent experience with Travel Merry. The booking process was smooth, fast, and stress-free. Agent Leon was very helpful, professional, patient in answering all my questions and I was amaze on how fast his solution when he found out that the flight we we're eyeing for is already unavailable. Suprisingly he got us other option very quick, and in a more discounted price. Agent Jin Smith was also very kind and supportive and handled our payment smoothly until the issuance of our ticket. Overall, I truly appreciate their great customer service and would highly recommend this legit agency and hardworking agents to anyone looking for reliable travel ticket assistance.
